I love designing solutions that meet people’s needs and go beyond their vision. I truly believe that technology and design can bring people together and create communities where everyone can learn and grow. As a creative problem-solver, I rely on information and reflection to tackle challenges and solve problems.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked hard to listen and empathise with people from diverse backgrounds. I’ve created digital products that help support higher education students, and I’m excited to bring these skills to user experience design, research, and writing. My design journey started when I explored how psychology and technology could work together to create digital support for students. This passion inspired me to obtain an MSc in Psychology (Research Consultation).
I’ve dedicated myself to learning about UX design, research, and writing. I’ve completed the Udacity User Experience Nanodegree and the UX Writers Collective UX Writing Fundamentals course. I’m also a member of the Interaction Design Foundation and have completed several courses related to data-driven design, design thinking, user research, and accessibility.
My interests include applying psychological principles to UX design and research, accessibility, design thinking, gamification, AI, extended reality, and behavioural science and economics. I express my creativity through crafts like sewing and mosaics in my free time.
